The 2026-27 guide is the second edition of The Parliamentarians’ Global Guide to Climate Change and Climate Solutions. The first global guide was published in 2025 at COP30 in Belém, Brazil.

The global editions follow the success of the original The Parliamentarians’ Guide to Climate Change, written for UK policymakers. Produced in collaboration with Peers for the Planet, the guide was delivered to all UK MPs and Lords, and many councillors and members of devolved assemblies. It has since been translated for audiences in Azerbaijan and Brazil – the hosts of COP29 and COP30 – and has reached more than 200,000 people.
